Year End Letter
All of us at Napa Valley Dentistry would like to take this opportunity to celebrate the highlights of our first year together. As most of you know, Dr. Michael Quinn retired on December 31st, 2012 entrusting his beloved business and dental family to our care. In hindsight, the transition has been as smooth as we could have hoped and the positive feedback, kind comments and support from a lot of you has meant the world to us.
The first changes you may have noticed are a new name and a new look. We developed a website and a logo as Napa Valley Dentistry and launched a Facebook page in order to post information regarding our community involvement and activities. We also upgraded technology for patient communications via text and email and offer our patients the opportunity to provide us with feedback on their experiences so that we may continue to improve our services. You will even receive a Happy Birthday message from us on your special day, and in January 2014 we will be able to provide our patients with impression-free same day crowns in order to minimize your time at the dental office. Ask us for details!
This summer we held our first annual fundraiser and silent auction to raise funds for Kids International Dental Services, raising over $5000! Thank you all for donating and participating! KIDServices.org provides much needed dental care to underserved children in countries like Guatemala and Cambodia. Dr. Newberry traveled to Guatemala in August with KIDS to provide services there for 1 week, and plans to join the trip again next year. Thank you all for helping to make this possible!
This year, because of the many wonderful referrals from our existing patients, we have been able to grow our patient base. In order to provide excellent care and service to all of you, we have added four new members to our team and have expanded our hours of operation. Our newest Hygienists are Tami Buck and Krista Lamberton! They look forward to meeting you!
We look forward to seeing you all in 2014!
